Nickeback's European Tour Dates


Nickelback have just announced the dates for their European tour. According to their their official website Nickelback.com, the tour will start on January 17th in Liverpool, England and will wrap up February 1st in Hamburg, Germany. There will most likely be more dates added later on.

Nickelback 2009 Tour Dates


Nickelback will begin a North American tour Feb. 25 in Nashville in support of its new album "Dark Horse." Tickets go on sale Dec. 5 via LiveNation.com, but Nickelback fan club members will get first access on Friday (Nov. 28).

Nickelback - Listen to "Dark Horse"


Dark Horse is the sixth studio album released by Nickelback.

Work on the album started in March, after Nickelback made its long-awaited contact with Mutt Lange. The band travelled to the producers home base in Switzerland to begin going over song ideas. The album was recorded from mid- to late-2008 in Chad Kroegers converted barn studio in Vancouver, BC, and was co-produced by the band with Mutt Lange, known for producing records by AC/DC, Bryan Adams and Def Leppard.

The first single from the album was Gotta Be Somebody, which was released online for free download on September 29, 2008 for a strict 24 hour period .

The album contains rock, ballads, metal, and country songs.

I just sampled the new song, and I can tell you that it's really worth listening to, Nickelback have created another amazing new track!

Nickelback has announced that their next album will be titled "Dark Horse", it will be released in November.

New Nickelback Album!


Nickelback's next album will be release on November 18th via Roadrunner. The first single "If Today Was Your Last Day" will hit U.S. radio outlets September 30th.

The album is currently being recorded and is still untitled. Producer Mutt Lange is working on the album with the band.

The album is the follow-up to 2005's "All the Right Reasons," which has sold an astonishing 6.9 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

In July, Nickelback signed a multi-rights deal with Live Nation, including its recordings once its Roadrunner deal is completed. The band is expected to play Live Nation amphitheaters beginning next year.
