New David Cook Video - "Come Back To Me"

David Cook's new video for "Come Back To Me", directed by Gavin Bowden was just released. This is the third official single from David's self titled album, released last November.

On other news, David had to cancel two shows due to "family matters". His brother Adam has been battling brain cancer, many fans have shown great support for what David and his family are going through. The missed shows will be re-scheduled.

David Cook - First Tour Announced!

David Cook's first tour "The Declaration Tour 2009", has been scheduled in support of his self-titled album.

Here's what David had to say on the upcoming tour:

"I’m more than excited to hop on the road and support this record. This tour represents both a new beginning and a return to form for me," David says. "It’s our first full tour, and we’re all ready to pour whatever blood, sweat, and tears that we can muster into making this show, and every show from here on out, an experience. Part of that experience is bringing back this college tour idea. There’s something inherently nostalgic about playing college shows. So many amazing acts used to do it, so it’s nice to be able to bring that ideal back, in some small way. And besides, touring on a bus beats what we used to do, which was cram five guys into a seven passenger van for one show, 13 hours away…"

David Cook - New Year's Performance!

David Cook, performed his latest hit "Light On" on New Year’s Eve from Las Vegas on Fox. The show took place in front of the Mirage.

David also received his first platinum record for his Idol winners’ single “Time of My Life.”

Daughtry, David Cook, and more - Perform on Fox's "New Year's Eve Live"

Fox is offering an amazing line-up of musical guests to welcome the New Year on their "New Year's Eve Live" show. Daughtry will be performing at the show on Wednesday, December 31 at 11:00 P.M. - 12:30 A.M. ET live; CT/MT/PT tape-delayed.

Other performances include this year's American Idol winner, David Cook, former Velvet Revolver's frontman Scott Weiland and rock 'n' roll band Lynyrd Skynyrd will also be seen at the show's stage, singing some of their hit singles.

The show will be hosted by Spike Feresten and Mark Thompson. The event will be joined by special correspondent Chrissy Russo of KSWB/FOX 5 San Diego. During the event, he will present a segment for special interviews and a behind-the-scenes look at three of Cirque du Soleil's Las Vegas shows; "Zumanity, The Sensual Side of Cirque du Soleil", "The Beatles LOVE" and the new "CRISS ANGEL Believe".

David Cook performed a live set for Sessions at AOL on Wednesday. David’s self-titled debut album is in stores now.

He performed "Light On", "Bar Ba Sol", "Declaration", "Heroes", and "Lie".

New David Cook Video - "Light On"

David Cook has released his first video for his upcoming album. It's the video for "Light On". The video was shot back on October 21 and 22 at LA Valley’s College Football Stadium. The album is set to drop in stores on November 18th, which is the same date Beyonce will release her new album.
