Mary J Blige has cancelled her Australian and New Zealand tour, citing "personal committments" and clashes with her existing schedule.
This morning, her promoter Chugg Entertainment said the entire tour was cancelled.
Chugg Entertainment CEO Michael Chugg said all ticket holders should contact their place of purchase for a full refund.
"I want them to know that we will get Mary to Australia one day and I hope it will be soon, she is a superstar," he said.
"I've seen it before and it's time for Australia to get a taste too.
" I know her fans will hang in there and when she finally gets here, baby, its going to be huge," he said.
